Reasonable Suspicion of Substance Abuse In The Workplace

 “Reasonable suspicion” means that the employer has a legitimate reason, based on logic and facts, to believe that the employee has been consuming drugs/alcohol, and isn't just guessing, speculating, listening to hearsay or discriminating against them. However, it’s not that simple either.
