The Office of International Education & Student Services (OIESS) welcomes everyone at Bowie State University to wear their traditional clothing, or clothing that represents their culture or heritage. Help demonstrate the rich diverse culture of Bowie State University as we proudly welcome the Ambassador and Delegation of Côte d'Ivoire and the University President of the International University of Grand-Bassam in Côte d'Ivoire.
