The session will cover the essentials of effective leadership in a supervisory role. Participants will learn how to align goals, build strong relationships, and coach for development. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, you will gain valuable insights into setting clear expectations, fostering teamwork, and empowering your team members.  This workshop is for new supervisors or those interested in a supervisory position, as well as team leads or part-time supervisors without a great deal of authority.
