April Hendricks is the Staff Assistant to the Dean in the College of Business with over 12 years of experience as an Administrative Professional at BSU. She oversees the College of Business budgets. Her background includes corporate travel management, human resource management, customer service, quality control training and supervision, and office bookkeeping. She holds an MPA from BSU, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from UMUC (now UMGC.)
