Dr. Andrew Mangle (PMP, CISSP, CISA) is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems in the College of Business at Bowie State University. His teaching and research focus on cybersecurity, financial technology (FinTech), digital payments, and emerging technologies that support innovation and economic inclusion. Dr. Mangle’s work emphasizes the intersection of technology, finance, and governance in modern digital economies.

Prior to entering academia, he held professional roles in technology, cybersecurity, and consulting, bringing industry experience into the classroom. His current work explores digital financial infrastructure, cybersecurity policy, and workforce development in technology-driven industries. Through his teaching and research, Dr. Mangle prepares students to navigate rapidly evolving technological and business environments.
