Admissions Requirements

Applicants to the Doctor of Science in Computer Science program must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

To apply:

• Complete the Bowie State University graduate school application
• Submit a minimum of two recommendation letters
• Submit a personal statement addressing your educational and professional objectives.
• International students who speak English as a second language who do not have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution of higher education must score at least 550 on the paper-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
