Dr. Dwight Richards is an associate professor in the Department of Engineering Science and Physics at the College of Staten Island (CSI), CUNY. He is a Co-PI of NSF LUCID project. He is leading the effort to initialize the requirements of the system, including what features and capabilities its visualization mechanisms should possess. And decide what kind of hardware will be needed to support the proposed system.

Dr. Claude F. Turner is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Computer Science at Norfolk State University. He is a Co-PI of NSF LUCID project. Dr. Turner is leading the effort to design the visualization software and interface. Determine the best software to be used to develop the visualization system. Development of the software requirements will include information regarding the programming language, the integrated development environment (IDE), the graphical library, and the backup and dissemination mechanism.
