Students graduating from the MBA program will be able to:

• Bowie State University MBA graduates will demonstrate the ability to use in depth understanding of functional knowledge and multiple functional skills and abilities and work collaboratively to accomplish organizational goals

2. Demonstrate the ability to Work Collaboratively

• Bowie State University MBA graduates will demonstrate appropriate leadership, value diverse perspectives and abilities, and work collaboratively to accomplish organizational goals

3. Solve Business Problems

• Bowie State University MBA graduates will demonstrate the ability to analyze real-world business challenges and develop innovative strategies to meet these challenges that appropriately integrate business principles and strategies

4. Communicating Effectively

• Bowie State University MBA graduates will demonstrate the ability to effectively present orally and in writing well-developed solutions to business problems and challenges
