The Bulldog Card is property of Bowie State University. It is issued to the cardholder only and is non-transferable.
Use of the Bulldog card can be revoked at any time and at the University’s sole discretion.
Faculty, staff, and student must relinquish the card upon separation from Bowie State University.
Access privileges to use the Bulldog Card will be deactivated when students, faculty, and or staff separate from the University. This includesacademic breaks and probation periods.
Student cardholders may ONLY use the card while enrolled as a Bowie State University student.
Students that enroll and register by the first day of classes will not need to validate their cards. Those that register after the first day ofclasses must have their cards.
Those that register after the first day of classes must have their cards manually validate for that semester.
The Bulldog Card must be presented upon request to obtain services or to verify official university status.
The Bulldog Card is to be used only by the person to whom it is issued.
Only the cardholder can present the Bulldog Card for purchases, meal plan use, access to campus events and other University resourcesfor which they are eligible.
If presented by anyone other than the cardholder, the card will be CONFISCATED.
