The Office of Legal & Government Affairs manages the institution’s legal processes and builds relationships with local, state and federal officials.
Legal Affairs
The General Counsel coordinates the university’s legal affairs and functions as the primary point of contact for legal inquiries, requests for public information under the Maryland Public Information Act, subpoenas, summonses, and other forms of legal process.
Government Affairs
Government Affairs manages relationships with local, state and federal government agencies and officials by building effective partnerships and representing BSU’s interests.
