COVID-19 Updates

BSU is open. Non-essential employees are mostly teleworking, and classes are taking place remotely for the Winter Session.

Summer School

Don’t wait to graduate. Take a couple of summer classes to speed up your graduation date. Choose from a variety of courses in your major, which will help you catch up or get ahead.

Not looking to complete a degree? No problem. Summer School is also an ideal time for students who are not seeking a degree to take a class to sharpen career skills or earn credits that can transfer to your home school.

Summer classes at Bowie State are convenient. You can take them in online. You can be registered for up to seven credits per session.

Choose from three summer sessions:

  • Session I May 26 – June 29 (5 Week Session)
  • Session II June 30 – August 3 (5 Week Session)
  • Session III May 26 – August 3 (10 Week Session)

Be sure to register for Session I (or Session III) by Friday, June 3. You can register for Session II until Friday, July 8.
