Requesting Accessible Text Formats

Student’s Responsibilities

  1. Student must complete Accessible Text Request and Agreement Form for each copyrighted materials to be converted
  2. Provide the DSS office proof of purchase of all books/materials (e.g a purchase receipt) 
  3. Submit all receipts to the DSS office by email (dss@bowiestate.edu)
  4. Drop off , materials requesting to be converted (when needed) to the DSS office in Thurgood Marshall Library, Room 78
