Coordinate recruiting and networking events through Handshake, our online career and experiential learning management system. We partner with you to connect with students and host information sessions, employer tabling sessions, on-campus and virtual interview sessions, networking events, site visits, and etc tailored to your workforce needs. Employment and Recruiting Partnerships
Establish an employment and recruiting partnership with the Engage Center to build a pipeline of talented students and alumni. Partnerships may include strategic hiring initiatives, targeted outreach to specific majors, customized recruitment plans, employer branding opportunities, connections to academic departments and faculty, MOUs, and ongoing engagement throughout the academic year. Experiential Education and Learning Partnerships
Establish an experiential education and learning partnership with the Engage Center to integrate hands-on and real-world experiences into the BSU curriculum and/or cocurriuclum. Partnerships may include course-embedded projects, community and service learning, industry sponsored research, guest lectures in learning communities, cooperative education, and etc aligned with academic programs and workforce needs. Career Readiness and Professional Dev Partnerships
Establish a career readiness and professional development partnership with the Engage Center to strengthen student and alumni preparation for internships, employment, and advanced study. Collaborate on workshops, classroom presentations, mock interviews, resume reviews, industry panels, job shadowing, and etc. Meet with our Career Readiness Counseling and Education Team to discuss partnership opportunities. >>Explore Partnerships
Donations (Monetary and Professional Clothing)
Support students and alumni career readiness and experiential learning initiatives through monetary donations and contributions of new or gently used business professional clothing. Financial gifts help expand access to career readiness programming, internships, experiential learning activities, workforce initiatives, and engagement opportunities.
