Due to inclement weather, Bowie State University will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026. All classes, office operations and on-campus activities are canceled. Residence halls will remain open. Research Manual

Below is a "General Guide for Students" engaging in undergraduate research.

The research manual is "designed to provide the student with general information about undergraduate research... as well as the general guidelines for conducting research across the disciplines. The information is basic and geared towards undergraduate students."

"It is expected that faculty mentors would supplement the information in this manual as necessary. Further, different departments may have additional guidelines that are discipline-specific."
