Forms & Requests Submission Guidelines
To ensure timely processing, please follow the guidelines below when submitting financial documents or inquiries:
- Budget Requests & Adjustments: Submit all Budget Transfer Requests, New Budget Requests, and Budget Revisions directly to the main office inbox at budgetoffice@bowiestate.edu
- Personnel Action Forms (PAF): Enter all PAFs directly into Workday for Budget Office review and approval.
- Workday Budget Reporting Inquiries: For class 01 & 02 reporting questions, please contact the specific Budget Analyst assigned to your division or department.
