The Engage Center for Experiential Learning and Career Readiness is committed to engaging you in designing and navigating your education, career, and life with intention and purpose—especially in a complex, rapidly changing world where career paths are not always straightforward.
Using a career and life design approach, we co-design plans with you that will spark curiosity and empower you to shape your own career readiness.
Through self-discovery, strengths development, professional skills refinement, and connection to meaningful, real-world experiential and employment opportunities, you will build the competencies necessary for moving boldly forward with confidence and purpose to make an impact.

Schedule an appointment to meet with your assigned career readiness counseling and education specialist to co-design a career readiness plan aligned with your goals. Using a career and life design approach, we help you explore career options, clarify goals, and plan next steps. Signup to participate in one or more of our interactive workshops covering a wide range of topics including career readiness and experiential learning topics. Using a career and life design approach, our workshops are designed to build essential career readiness skills that provide practical strategies, guided activities, and opportunities to learn alongside peers.
