Trouble Logging In?
If you are using Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) or Windows 8 and you are not able to access your email after logging into webmail, this is caused by the updated compatibility setting in IE 10 or Windows 8.
To fix this issue, do the following:
- Open the IE Browser, and select the wheel (Tools icon) located at the top right hand side of the application
- Select the “Developer tools” option (a screen at the bottom of your browser will appear)
- Select the “Browser Mode” tab at the top of this new screen
- Now select the "Compatibility View" option (a check will appear next to your selection)
- Once this is selected, your email messages will appear (click on the wheel (Tools icon) again and select developer tools to close)
